Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Exploras, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.
Booking & Payments
- A 20% reservation fee is required to confirm bookings
- The remaining 80% is paid directly to the host
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted
Cancellation Policy
- 48+ hours before: Full credit refund
- Within 48 hours: No refund
- Supplier cancellation: Full credit refund
Credits can be used for future bookings and do not expire.
Supplier Obligations
Suppliers agree to:
- Provide accurate experience descriptions
- Honor confirmed bookings
- Maintain required licenses and insurance
- Complete identity verification
- Respond to bookings within 24 hours
Limitation of Liability
Exploras is a platform connecting travelers with local experience providers. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of experiences offered by suppliers. Users participate at their own risk.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santo Domingo.
